Terms
The deal between you and the operator of TopBidder.lol, in plain words.
Accepting these terms
Using TopBidder.lol, bidding, or claiming a spot means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service is
TopBidder.lol is a public leaderboard where the ranking is bought: anyone may stake USDC to place a product at a rank, and the stakes fund a prize pool shared with spot holders. The operator runs the board, verifies payments on-chain, and settles withdrawals. The operator is not a bank, an exchange, or an investment fund, and nothing here is financial advice.
Your wallet is your account
You transact from a crypto wallet you control. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, and the accuracy of what you submit. You must be at least 18 years old, and it is your job to make sure using the service is legal where you live — crypto rules differ by country and some jurisdictions restrict them.
Bids, payments, and refunds
Bids are paid in USDC on-chain. A bid is final once its payment transaction is confirmed on the chain — there are no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks. A rank is granted only after the payment is verified against the chain. If a payment cannot be verified, the intent stays pending and you can re-confirm it; nothing is granted until verification succeeds.
Earnings and payouts
Holders accrue earnings from the prize pool. Withdrawals of $25 or more are settled in USDC by the operator to the wallet you registered. Earnings are a share of pool revenue, not a guaranteed return — the pool can pay more, less, or nothing depending on board activity.
What you may not do
No fraud, no impersonation of brands you do not own or represent, no scraping that degrades the service, no attempts to break payment verification, no illegal content, and no content you do not have the right to publish. The operator may remove any spot and suspend any wallet for violations.
Your content
You keep the rights to the name, description, and images you submit. You give the operator the limited license needed to display them on the public board while your spot stands.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, with no uptime promise. To the maximum extent the law allows, the operator’s total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid in bids in the 12 months before your claim, and the operator is never liable for crypto-market movements, wallet losses, or indirect damages.
Changes and governing law
Material changes to these terms are announced on this page 15 days before they take force. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business; disputes go to the courts there.
